Features & Chemical Resistance Excellence
- Extreme Chemical Resistance: The valve is internally lined with a fluoropolymer (PFA/F46), making it resistant to highly corrosive media, including aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and various organic acids, strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents, and organic solvents at various concentrations.
- Full Lining Protection: Features full internal lining (including the disc) for comprehensive defense against strong corrosion, aging, and abrasion.
- Advanced Lining Structure: Utilizes a dovetail groove structure and uniformly perforated valve components to ensure high adhesion strength of the liner, preventing detachment and maximizing service life.
- Molded Lining Quality: The liner is molded for chemical stability, resistance to shedding, excellent anti-fouling, and non-stick properties.
