💡 Working Principle
The valve utilizes a highly sensitive thermal element to achieve its constant output temperature:
Sensing: A thermosensitive component is installed at the mixed water outlet port of the valve.
Regulation: Using the properties of the temperature-sensing element, it automatically pushes an internal spool to move within the valve body.
Mixing Control: This spool movement simultaneously blocks or opens the inlets for the hot water supply and the system return water. As one is restricted, the other is opened.
Constant Output: Once the temperature adjustment knob sets the desired temperature, the valve continuously monitors the mixed output. Regardless of changes in the inlet temperature or pressure of the supply or return water, the valve instantly adjusts the proportion of hot and return water being mixed, ensuring the final mixed water temperature remains constant at the temperature set by the knob.
