Water Diaphragm Valve (Remote Control, Hydraulic Flow)
This product is a large-diameter Water Diaphragm Valve designed for automatic and precise fluid control in water storage and distribution systems. Operating as a Hydraulic Water Control Valve, it uses the line pressure to modulate flow, ensuring reliable and automatic water replenishment in tanks and reservoirs via a remote float pilot.
By functioning as the main component in a control loop, this valve is a critical Water Diaphragm Valve in modern infrastructure.

⭐ Why Use a Water Diaphragm Valve for Automatic Control?
The use of a diaphragm structure in this large control valve offers unique benefits:
Hydraulic Efficiency: The large, flexible diaphragm provides a substantial surface area for the control pressure (P_control) to act upon, allowing a small change in pilot pressure to reliably control the flow across a massive valve (DN600).
Sensitive Control: The diaphragm design offers excellent throttling and sealing characteristics, leading to precise flow modulation and stable water level maintenance, crucial for large reservoir management.
Low Maintenance: The diaphragm is typically the only moving part in the main flow stream, reducing friction and wear compared to globe or gate valves.
💡 Working Principle (Remote Hydraulic System)
The valve’s function is managed by remote hydraulic pressure differential, ensuring automatic replenishment:
Remote Pilot: A small pilot float valve senses the water level in the tank and controls the pressure applied to the diaphragm of the main valve.
Shut-off: When the pilot float closes (water level reaches the set point), it traps line pressure above the main Water Diaphragm Valve. This pressure forces the diaphragm closed, stopping flow into the tank.
Opening: When the pilot float opens (water level drops), it vents the pressure from the control chamber. Line pressure beneath the diaphragm forces the valve open, initiating water flow.
